Jane loves her dog, exercising and her extended family so with a full-time role as a C suite executive she struggles with finding the time to delegate to life admin.

Taking days off to meet trade and service providers are a challenge to schedule and running errands for gifts, repairs and post office pickups were crammed into weekends and occasionally after work when the shops are busy and the traffic is one more thing she had to deal with.

There have been home improvements made, electrical servicing, plumbing maintenance and a host of handyman tasks completed.

Often when meeting workman onsite at Jane’s home, we give the pantry, fridge, linen cupboard or another similar area a tidy, sweep the path, fold the washing, empty the dishwasher, unpack the meal delivery or perform any other task that is needs doing without being intrusive. Keeping ourselves busy and giving our clients value is one of our core principals.

Jane generosity to her family and friends is admirable, so there have been gifts to purchase, dinners to arrange, flowers to be delivered and appointments booked.

The security of our clients and their home is vital so when we open their onsite lock boxes, key in alarm codes, and access their properties we ensure that we do so prior to prying eyes so the information stays confidential.

As with most of our clients there is no need to have regular meetings or catchups and communication is largely through WhatsApp or email.
