Busy mum of one Matilda* lives and works in Hong Kong with husband Sanjay*. The professional couple also have an apartment in Cottesloe which they use regularly as a beach house. Finer Details work closely with the couple to make every return visit to Australia seamless and stress free.
CHALLENGE
Logistical juggle; the fast-paced lifestyle of Hong Kong means Matilda and Sanjay are constantly on the move. A busy life means limited time to arrange each visit and when the family come home to Cottlesloe they want to immediately enjoy spending time together, not worry about cleaning, grocery shopping or activity planning. They want to slip seamlessly into a laidback week at the beach.
SOLUTION
Prepare, plan and manage; Matilda and Sanjay outsource the planning and management of every visit to Finer Details. We restock the pantry, change the linen and have the apartment cleaned. Activities are booked and planned with tickets always left on the dining room table. Not only do we manage their visits but the ongoing maintenance of the property as well, checking in each week to water plants and collect mail. When the couple purchased the apartment we also assisted with interior design, furniture sourcing and connecting all services.
