Most days we start between 4am-5am, checking emails from clients and/or suppliers and getting an early start on tasks without interruptions. This might seem like madness to some but it works for us and helps us keep on top of things, especially as we are often on the road before 7am to meet clients, trades or to attend networking events.
Our job relies heavily on schedules, fitting in client errands, shopping and research in between our morning and afternoon organising sessions.
Planning is most definitely the key to how we stay on top of things and we often need to think on our feet especially when we get those urgent tasks from clients who have either forgotten a special occasion or thought they could squeeze extra time out of their day to coordinate services like trades and then find that things have gone pear shaped.
Always on the lookout for more reliable services to add to our database we often meet prospective suppliers throughout the day to get to know them and gain a feel to see if they would fit our clientele and our standards.
There is no specific time that our day finishes; sometimes it may be 9pm before we walk in the door, but we wouldn’t have it any other way as we love to help our clients with the daily tasks that creates stress for them.
